End of Central America.

where is the most dangerous city in Central America?

This week, I arrived in Tegucicalpa, Capital of Honduras at night, around 10PM.
I took a cab to down town, but the street was really looking dangerous.... A few people standing on
the street but all of them seems Junky or prostitute. I never thought I wanna walk.
But at day time was pretty changed, Many people are in the city.
But too many police officers with shot gun reminds me that there is still dangerous.

I went to Gracias from Tegucicalpa. It took about 5-6hours.
must change the bus at La Esperanza, then you will find shuttle bus to Gracias.
cost around 190L.

This is my first entry. I'm Japanese. Nice to see all of you.

Actually I was really afraid of Guatemala because of the crime rate of Guatemala city is huge number..
but Now I can say, except Guatemala city, It's very safe and suit for backpackers.

I felt Price is not so cheap but here has a lot of kind of cuisine. never boring I think.
I'm staying hotel EL SOLE, Japanese owned hotel. Here provides great hospitality and food and clean room.
Dormitory rate is 50Q, approx 5EUR. and here has a Japanese style Hot spring. It's the greatest service for Japanese.

plan was2nights staying Panajachel.
but already staying 5nights. Place to relax. I like here.
